Welcome to New Faith, United Church of Christ (UCC) in Auburn, California. We belong to the emerging and progressivestrand of Christianity which values questions as much as answers. As an open & affirming congregation, we welcome our brother and sisters LGBT as full members. We are a creative faith community, journeying into the 21st century.
Whoever you are,
wherever you are on life's journey,
you are welcome here!

Our worship begins at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays. New Faith is located in the Pamelot School for Dance, 540 Wall Street near Highway 49 in Auburn. Our young congregation began meeting in April, 1995.
Why "New" Faith? You are invited to come as you are. Our worship is informal; our music is a blend of contemporary and tradtional. At the heart of everything is our commitment to follow Jesus' path of welcome, healing and transformation -- for ourselves, for our communities and for the earth. Whether your wounds may be physical, emotional, or spiritual you will find welcome, acceptance, and companionship on the healing journey. We offer you refuge and rest, and the opportunity to be as involved as little or as much as you wish. We invite you to find your gifts for ministry, help you develop them, and empower you to use them in the world.
OUR WARRANTY
"Many people are attracted to Jesus Christ . It's Christianity that gives them trouble. If you attend our church, we promise not to tell you how to dress, feel, think, or vote. We welcome questions and we won't insult your intelligence. We promise to welcome you in Christ's name, and involve you in our caring community if you like, or leave you in peace if you prefer. We promise to smile often, experiencing with you the joy of life in Christ. If we breach this promise, you are entitled to reclaim your misgivings about "organized religion."
DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT....
